Multi-part feeding Laser Marker Cell

Laser-marking cell and enclosure for multi-part automated feeding and marking of various different product types.

In the product type (P-LMI) shown to the right, operators manually load batches of different products into a (customisable) jig. The linear actuator feeds the parts under the laser marker within a few microns, this allows us to etch onto multiple parts in the different jigs in a single pass. Operators can load therequired jigs at a convenient time, and come back when the process is finished - rather than stood manually loading products one-at-a-time. The system has extraction to remove excessive debris/toxins from the marking environment. NB - We also offer different product types (e.g. P-LMII) which offer robotized placement of products into the jig.
